Prior to joining HourWork, Cianfaglione was the Founder of “Artist Republik”, one of the digital record labels in the world representing over 100k music artists from 192 different countries. Cianfaglione lead Artist Republik to a successful acquisition with a public company before joining the team at HourWork.
Outside of HourWork you can find Cianfaglione enjoying time by the water, attending live music concerts, or working with and mentoring other startups (especially student run startups).
