Richard is leads the development of the HourWork product. He is passionate about UX and focusing on the user during all stages of development.
Previously Richard was an Engineering Manager at a small defense contractor, where he led a team building applications for the DoD and first responders. Before that, he worked at a university research center building experimental tools and environments in VR.
